APPOINTMENTS Ash + Opal is accepting new clients and can’t wait to meet you!

If you are a new client, we recommend filling out a new client inquiry form so we can assure the proper amount of time for your service. You can also book online here. We do require a credit card on file to book any appointments to secure your appointment and honor our cancellation policy.

For color appointments, please arrive at the salon with clean and 100% dried hair. For extension maintenance appointments, please arrive with dry hair that is freshly washed. This will ensure the quality and proper timing of your scheduled appointment.

All appointments will be finished with a blowdry and product recommendation for at-home care so you can recreate your new style!

We recommend pre-booking your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure you can get in with the availability of your and your stylists busy schedules!

CHILDREN
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10 as visitors or clients.

GIFT CARDS Gift cards may be purchased in person or online. We do not accept returns on gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or gratuity. Gift cards do not expire.

PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards. Gratuities are preferred in cash or venmo, should you choose to leave one, but can also be paid with credit card.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS We have a very strict cancellation policy and require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. We send a confirmation text & email 72 hours before appointment and other reminder 24 hours prior. When booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling an appointment within a 48 hour window will be a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations within 12 hours or no show appointments will be a full service charge of your scheduled services. All appointments booked require a credit card on file to honor our cancellation policy. Failure to pay the cancellation policy will no be allowed to rebook at Ash + Opal until payment is made.

PUNCTUALITY We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Please text 617-980-9726 if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service will be provided.

REFUNDS / REDOS
Stylists at Ash + Opal take pride in what they do.
However, we do not employ robots! We are human and can make mistakes! If we mess up, we do everything in our power to fix it! We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are not 100% obsessed with your hair, let us know within 7 days and our team will make it right! After 7 days, any concerns will not be immediately considered a complimentary adjustment and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

RETURN POLICY OF PRODUCTS AND MERCH
Unopened and unused products can be exchanged within 30 days. All merch is final sale, non-refundable.
