Investment

First time guests can expect an initial investment of $800-$2,500* to achieve their hair extension dream goals! Pricing is determined by the amount of wefts needed to create your desired look, keeping in mind your current goals, density, color and length. This investment covers the cost of your hair, custom color, cut and styling.

In order to book an extension appointment there is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required. The deposit amount is the cost of the wefts. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. The remaining balance is due the day of the service. The total will be determined at your consultation.

Methods

At Ash + Opal we offer a few different methods. We are certified in both Hairdreams and Invisible Bead Extensions, offering (partial) tape ins, k-tips, and invisible beaded wefts. See below to see which method would be suit your needs.

 
 
 

Why Use The Invisible Bead Extensions® Method?

Invisible Bead Extensions® was created to fill the gaps left by other methods being utilized in the industry. Where other methods leave women feeling discomfort from their extensions, IBE® promises a damage-free and comfortable installation. When other extension methods require 3-6 weeks in between maintenance appointments, IBE® offers a more durable method with the ability to go twice as long in between reinstalls.     We require your extensions to be adjusted every 8-10 weeks.

    Maintenance appointments can be booked as a stand alone appointment or bundles with color.

    Extension hair must be replaced every 12 months (on average), depending on how well you are caring for your hair at home.

 

How does the Hairdreams® Nano Laserbeamer hair creation work?

Hairdreams hair is delivered to your hairdresser in very fine strands. These strands have a connection tip, called a “Bonding” point at the very top. This “Bonding” point gently connects the Hairdreams strands to your own hair and is applied close to the roots. The Bonding points are gently warmed up and thus softened, at which point the Hairdreams hair is applied and securely wrapped around your own hair strands. This process is repeated strand by strand, until the hairstyle of your dreams is created. Our Hairdreams Partners work with various Hairdreams lengthening and thickening systems.
With this method, Hairdreams 100% real human hair is combined with patented NANO Technology that “invisibly“ integrates into one‘s own hair. The additional hair strands are permanent which means they become a natural part of your own hair.

Cons

  • Maintenance every 12 weeks. During this short service, your own hair which has naturally shed, but gets stuck in the bondings, is cut at the top in order to avoid matting.

  • Initial installation requires a significant investment ($600-1500+)

  • The bondings slowly move away from your scalp corresponding with your natural hair growth. Therefore, the bondings will be more visible after about four to six months, and should be removed and disposed of.
